The 'Double-Skin' Cable Dome
Cable Domes are ideal
for applications where there is likely to be a high
risk of damage to a standard Covair Dome. The
structure is often referred to as a Double-Skin dome
because of the two layers that make up the
enclosure.

There is plenty of space inside these domes and the
membrane is of a much stronger (but less
translucent) material, allowing aggressive games
such as football to take place with very little risk
of damage to the enclosure. Due to the thicker
material, lighting needs to be provided inside at
night in structures like those shown in the above
